The 14th Mijas week of cuisine

RESERVATIONS START
THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER

T
his year CAFE DE PARIS restaurant holders of a Michelin Star will be participating in the event along with the five fork restaurant RUPERTO D´NOLA, Guy Moore and Paul Tugewell from HOSTALINK - two of the finest international chefs on the coast. Plus the Restaurant  MED - considered the best restaurant of the province this year. The Week will end with EL PADRASTRO Restaurant with head cheff Jose Luis Delgado, the chef lecturer of the Catering School in Malaga.
RAIMAT, bodegas PIRINEO, MARQUES DEL PUERTO, ABADIA RETUERTA and LAS CAMPANAS are the wine cellars offered by Disnagar that are to participate in this years event.
Wine experts will select the wines to complement each dish served. The event will take place in the exclusive restaurant El Padrastro in Mijas Village. Each day the chef representing the restaurant in question will show step by step how to prepare each dish. The wine experts will give talks on the wines matched to every dish.
A cookery book will be published with all the recipes of the Week in English and Spanish.
The reservations can be made from the 2nd of November (Tuesday) at the Mijas Foreigners Department  or by phone Tel: 952 48 59 00. The price is 25 euro per person per day.
Due to the popularity of the event  it will only be possible to book two days per person. Payment for the reserved places will take place the following week.
